Sports and environment

The environment has become, in recent years, a major issue and a controversial area of discussion to in international forums.
The problem seems to be that technological progress and industrial contributes in part to the destruction and deterioration of nature with promoters and detractors on both sides. And of course the environment does not preclude the athlete, not just the high-performance in the climate or the level of pollution can affect, and indeed affects the performance but also in the amateur with similar injuries but not only in performance but also directly on health.
The thinning of the ozone layer and pollution of big cities greatly affect the health, fitness and quality of life.
The physiological disorder essential part of the inability of the person taking exercise, transport and use oxygen efficiently, a key element of the exercise. This may be stale air with higher proportions of carbon dioxide molecules that compete directly with the oxygen which affects the performance.
The physiological disorder essential part of the inability of the person taking exercise, transport and use oxygen efficiently, a key element of the exercise. This may be stale air with higher proportions of carbon dioxide molecules that compete directly with the oxygen which affects the performance.
Studies in athletes who exercised with the same intensity and duration but at different places gave argument to the importance of the environment on human performance. This research compared athletes in the plain, in height, in environments of large cities and in locations free of smoke and combustion from cars, factories and industries. These people, with an abundance of long and have the great virtue of not having mobility motor being their only means of transport at the blood drive, have served the purposes of this study whose results have not done anything but reaffirm scientifically that makes sense is that the influence of an adverse environment can affect the psycho-physical performance and health of human beings.
Other environmental factors that directly and indirectly involved in athletic performance as much as on health. These include noise and the direct impact of sunlight under whose rays, especially in the summer, it becomes more difficult to maintain a good performance beyond being well hydrated, use of appropriate clothing or covering their head.
As for noise, and saturation level exceeding the capacity of tolerance of the human ear hearing also negatively affect performance. Physiologically speaking, the decibels in excess, especially in acute and unexpected circumstances such as a "bocinazo, causing increased levels of blood pressure and heart rate with the inconvenience, either to cause an increased cardiovascular risk or an elevation of heart rate (tachycardia) meets the physical early.
Sports medicine, therefore, enters the discussion in favor of preserving the environment when it comes to performance.
