How to choose your most convenient sport

 Today we know how important it is for your life to exercise, stimulates the heart rate, so the heart works, it works on bones, on the distribution of liquid, eliminating toxins and release of natural hormones among other things.  

But the question in the current times is what other sport do that for me?.
